How long does it take to receive my cruise map?
Since each map is custom-designed and printed, please allow 3-5 business days for production. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days depending on your location.
Are the maps framed when they arrive?
We offer both framed and unframed options. If you select a framed version, your map will arrive pre-mounted in a high-quality wood frame, ready to hang immediately.
Can I customize the route or destination on the map?
Yes! Our design tool allows you to input specific ports, dates, and cruise line names to create a personalized keepsake of your unique voyage.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
We take great care in packaging, but if your map arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. We are working on expanding our maritime reach to more countries soon.
What is your return policy for custom items?
Because each map is custom-made to your specific itinerary, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an error on our part, we will re-print and ship the corrected version at no cost.
