Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Safely pack the map in its original protective tube or box to ensure it remains crease-free during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned map, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
